It was night time. I laid in bed. I could see the sky clearly; almost no clouds, some stars visible. I could see them moving, sliding by slowly as they always do when you stare for some time. There was an air of tranquility surrounding me.
I kept on gazing, not looking for something, just contemplating; and, that which happens everytime you gaze into the sky long enough happened: I started seeing more and more stars. The sky was now full of them, everywhere you looked.
And it was then when it started to happen.
A shape, seemingly a constellation, started to form slowly. Nothing had noticeably changed, I could just simply discern it clearly now. It looked something like a representation of an arrow, or house: sort of rectangular below, and something like a triangle on top. I started to feel the stars moving, strafing past my field of view to the right and other stars coming into it from the left. Everything was clear.
This first constellation was moving to my right, and others kept appearing beside it. I could effortlessly see every constellation passing by now. One after the other they kept appearing.. and moving faster. It was like they were all connected in a circle, of which i could only see a small part, but as it kept turning it revealed each part to me.
And in the center of this circle something began to form. It looked like the sun, or a representation of it. A source of light. Bright light.. forming the shape of what seemed like a snowflake. And it started falling; falling down to me. And as it kept getting nearer, all the constellations still swirving by, I could feel energy filling every inch of my body. It kept coming closer and closer, until..
This all happened in a split second.. It came so close.. and then it fell into me. Filled me. Like energy, just clashing into my whole body. An implosion. And in that same instant, i felt every breath in me leave my body; i heard it, like a deep gasp coming from me. And not half a second later I saw a figure that had been covered from view by this Sun.. it looked human, coming right behind the sun, his back to me with his arms open, like falling into me as well. I felt it dive into me with the greatest force I have ever felt. Another implosion.. but this time bigger, more real, more complete. It shook me. Bounced me in my bed. But everything stayed inside me.
I felt it in my whole body. My skin was bare, electrified, as if i were emiting energy. My whole body chilled, with no trace of cold. Shivering, but not trembling. And in that same second, I gained consciousness.
I was overwhelmed. I just laid there for a few seconds without thinking, just feeling this inside me. My right hand was resting on my chest, above my heart; the other one under my leg. I didn’t open my eyes. Not yet. I was a bit scared with what I had just seen and felt. But I wasnt agitated. I just laid peacefully.. complete. And I realized this had just been the most real, powerful, overwhelming dream I had ever had..
And then I was ready..
.. And I opened my eyes.
